We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused HVAC/Plumbing Commercial Sales Advisor to join our growing team.
Pay:
$45,000 Base Pay plus monthly commission with unlimited earning potential up to $100,000/year.
Position Overview The HVAC/Plumbing Commercial Sales Advisor will be responsible for generating new business. You will be the trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex decisions while ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Needs Assessment:
Build trust with clients by offering expertise, reliability, and clear communication.
Sales & Business Development:
Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and maintaining relationships with contractors, building owners, property managers, and facility managers.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the ongoing point of contact for commercial clients, maintaining relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Ensure a smooth handoff to operations for project execution, while staying engaged with the client to ensure satisfaction through project completion.
Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and updates to management.
Qualifications
Experience:
Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales activities and manage client data.
