
Dedicated to named Zeektek customers, the Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager is responsible for maximizing business opportunities in support of company revenue goals by managing the job order process, providing quality placements to the customer, and maintaining client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review client contracts to ensure compliance by working with hiring managers and Zeektek’s recruiting and operations teams.
Meet with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs, priorities in hiring, and soft skills required for job success.
Determine bill rate and pay rate and duration of assignment with client input. Ensure Zeektek margins are maximized.
Create job orders in Bullhorn with sufficient details for recruiting staff to screen candidates.
Review resume submissions and determine if candidate should be presented to the customer based on needs outlined. Provide constructive feedback to recruiters so that candidate submissions can be refined. Update job orders in Bullhorn.
Upon client request, coordinate interview schedules. Prepare candidate for job interview.
Gather client and candidate feedback post interview and coordinate next steps.
Work with recruiters to extended job offers by determining pay and other compensation data, if any.
Maintain all job order and client data in Bullhorn.
Work with client’s and/or MSP’s systems to ensure contract requirements with onboarding and assignments are in compliance.
Ensure customer satisfaction using monthly and/or quarterly reviews to discuss quality of hires, length of time to fill, hiring projections, etc.
Work closely with Zeektek Account Executives to ensure tactical client needs are met.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Account Manager
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Prior recruiting or sales experience in the staffing industry preferred.
Able to present professionally, both orally and in writing. Sound customer service skills.
