I am working on a Strategic Account Executive role in the greater Tampa, FL metro area for a very progressive & innovative healthcare organization. You will be selling to both Specialists & General Doctor's in a prospecting & account management type of sale.

Work/Life Balance

Pay-on-Performance incentive plan - This is an ideal role for sales professionals making $175,000 and feeling that they are capped out in making it to the $200,000> range.

$70,000-$80,000-$95,000 Base Salary + commission (monthly) = ~$200,000 1st year + Expense Account (client entertainment) + Comprehensive Benefits Package. $250,000> in year #2.

Experience Desired

BA/BS Degree - Activities/Leadership on campus; NCAA Sports.

5-10 years+ of successful outside/inside sales experience. Business-to-business sales experieince from a Fortune 1000 company or a firm with a professional sales training program.

Prefer candidates coming from a very consultative type of sale (i.e. Marketing Services; Advertising Services or Financial Services).

Year-over-Year sales success (Top 10%-Top 20%); President's Club Award(s); Promotions!

Team Oriented; Strong presentation skills. Professionally sales trained; Entreprenuer oriented; Strong business acumen.
