Job Summary: Part Sales will assist the Inside Sales team with a variety of tasks, focusing on parts sales. This position will lead customers to the correct parts solution. Excellent work environment, weekly pay, and company benefits! Responsibilities
Respond to incoming parts requests from web, phone, email, and walk-in customers. Directly interface with end-user customers providing expertise in part products and recommend specific parts needed. Identify the correct parts to fill the customers\' needs. Build quotes as needed. Process orders in relevant system. Provide order status updates as requested. Continually develop product knowledge to serve customers. Work in conjunction with the outside sales team to grow rental demand. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required and 3+ years related work experience. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of inventory or manufacturing software (ERP). Ability to calculate discounts and percentages. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. Compensation and Schedule
Pay negotiable based on experience and skill set. Starting pay range $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. 40 hours per week.
