Overview Aonerences Surety Team is looking for a Senior Account Executive/Broker.

Locations: Denver, Los Angeles or San Francisco

What The Day Will Look Like

Responsible to manage and grow a portfolio of surety clients.

Continuously provide advisory services by outlining the surety program options and providing guidance on the recommended structures specific to the client9s needs.

Consult with clients regarding surety market conditions and the surety companies.

Secure and manage surety facilities to meet the clients9 surety bond requirements. This includes reviewing materials such as financial, organizational, operational, and strategic documents to prepare placement memoranda, negotiate terms, conditions, indemnity, and complete requisite documentation.

Manage existing surety relationships on client surety programs. This includes participating in, establishing and moderating meetings with the sureties when necessary.

Continuously monitor client company structure, operations, and credit profile in support of the surety program, including reviewing financial presentations.

Work with the client service team as the client team lead in managing day-to-day account management of the surety business.

Deliver new solutions for clients by reviewing their needs and ensuring surety credit is maximized.

Drive growth by collaborating with internal sales producers, the Insurance Account Executives and other surety team members to bring in new clients or prospects. This includes contributing to the sales process and responding to RFPs.

Prepare and present surety proposals and presentations.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

5+ years of experience in the Surety industry

Relationship builder - internally and externally

Ability to travel

Well-developed communication and presentation skills

Attention to detail and technical proficiency

Education

Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in business, preferably finance or accounting, or equivalent work experience

Pay Transparency The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $150,000 to $250,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aons annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
