About The Role We’re looking for a

Key Account Manager

to lead growth and profitability for Walmart, one of Flora’s most strategic customers. This role is responsible for delivering

P&L performance , driving

gross revenue and margin results , and unlocking new opportunities across branded, private label, and adjacent categories such as

plant-based cheese . You’ll manage and maximize sales potential within the current portfolio, identify incremental opportunities, and develop new business strategies to support Walmart’s growth and Flora’s global ambitions.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary liaison between Walmart and Flora, creating win‑win solutions for business opportunities.

Develop and implement sales plans for branded, private label, and future business.

Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally to ensure alignment and execution.

Create and maintain accurate forecasts for existing business and new opportunities.

Achieve profit, volume, distribution, and other key metrics as assigned.

Drive new business development, including channel strategy and execution.

Manage and guide support teams to deliver on customer expectations.

Ensure customer deadlines are met, and Flora is positioned as a preferred supplier partner.

About You

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

7–10 years of experience with Walmart and/or Sam’s Club, including private label expertise (2+ years).

Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).

Deep understanding of P&L management, financial projections, and key metrics.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.

Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
