Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Entry Level Account Manager position located in Ontario, CA. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, managing client accounts, and executing strategic projects that drive customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their needs, developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies, and tracking performance metrics to ensure client goals are achieved. You will also collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts and deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in customer service and client account management

Ability to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies

Analytical skills for tracking results and identifying opportunities for improvement

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset

Team collaboration skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Experience in sales, marketing, or account management is a plus

Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment with leadership potential

Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills
