We are seeking an

Account Coordinator

to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the account management team by coordinating client projects, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and at the highest quality. You’ll work closely with both clients and internal departments, gaining valuable experience in account management while contributing to the success of MJH Life Sciences’ programs and initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Support account executives and managers in day-to-day client communications and project coordination.

Track and manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure successful project execution.

Prepare client-facing materials, including status reports, presentations, and meeting notes.

Collaborate with internal teams—including creative, operations, events, and marketing—to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.

Assist in the development of proposals, contracts, and billing documents.

Maintain accurate project files and databases to ensure smooth workflow.

Participate in client calls and meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.

Contribute ideas and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and account growth.

Bachelor’s degree required.

1–2 years of experience in account coordination, client services, or project support, preferably in healthcare, media, or related industries.

Compensation Range $45,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
