Responsibilities
Lead a team of sales professionals to drive pre‑owned Kia vehicle sales
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
Manage inventory and pricing strategies to maximize profitability

Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements
Previous experience in automotive sales management
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of pre‑owned Kia vehicles is a plus
Valid driver’s license
