What You'll Do
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be the trusted partner helping Fortune 500 CPG brands connect with Dollar General’s shoppers through omnichannel advertising solutions.
Own a vertical of CPG business and lead the full sales cycle—directly and in collaboration with internal partners
Work with diverse marketing groups (Shopper, Ecommerce, Digital, Agencies, and more) and establish strong, trusted client relationships
Bring forward insights-driven media opportunities that align shopper behavior with client goals
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Ops, Planning, Insights, Data Science, and Media Buying) to deliver best‑in‑class media solutions
Manage forecasting, pipeline development, and Salesforce accuracy with rigor
Guide clients through retail media measurement and demonstrate the impact of media on sales
What You Bring You’ll thrive here if you are a strategic seller who values relationships, insights, and results:
Proven success in “hunting” new business and consultative selling
Experience managing a portfolio of mid‑market to enterprise accounts
Strong familiarity with CPG organizations across Trade, Shopper Marketing, Ecommerce, and Digital Media
Ability to interpret retail media performance and connect marketing activity to sales outcomes
A self‑starter mindset—comfortable working autonomously and owning revenue targets
Ability to influence client plans through data-backed recommendations
Strong partnership skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally on behalf of the client
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years in digital media or advertising—agency or retail media experience preferred
