Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales to process orders and respond to customer inquiries
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure positive experiences and build lasting relationships
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management to identify opportunities and grow client accounts
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively on‑site as part of a collaborative team in Frederick, MD
