The Sports-Minded Sales Representative supports in-store customer interactions, brand representation, and sales support while developing skills in leadership, communication, and team collaboration. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy goal-driven environments and learning through hands-on experience. Responsibilities
Engage with customers and provide product and service information Support in-store marketing initiatives and brand presentations Deliver a professional and positive customer experience Contribute to team sales goals and performance expectations Share customer feedback and insights with leadership Represent partner brands in a face-to-face environment Qualifications
Competitive, team-oriented mindset Strong communication and people skills Reliable, goal-driven, and coachable Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person retail setting Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or athletics is helpful — not required Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation & Development
