All we are looking for is someone who excels at interacting with a variety of different individuals, and who wants to work hard and do things the right way, no matter what. Respond to job leads by going to various clients\u2019 homes in our service territory Build rapport and ask good, open ended questions to understand how we can serve our clients Assess the damage within the home and thoughtfully propose potential solutions Follow up with clients on questions and potential issues Communicate internally with team members Other duties may be assigned What skills does it take to win?
Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity Hungry, driven, and competitive Humble and teachable attitude Relational and outgoing personality Strong communication skills What will I get paid?
We provide an uncapped base plus bonus compensation structure that allows for on-target earning (OTE) to equal$125,000 with opportunity to exceed. 401k retirement program Health, dental, and vision insurance Company provided life insurance and short / long term disability Paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, and paid paternity/maternity leave Company paid access to Dave Ramsey’s SmartDollar Financial program (including 1 on 1 financial coaching) Gym Reimbursement And more!
