Job Overview The Sales Representative will identify, develop, sell and service customers in the ready-mix/concrete and building materials market. Responsible for consulting, bidding projects, customer service, generating new business, retaining/growing existing business and participating in trade associations and community involvement for assigned territories.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Preparing and managing quotes, orders, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

Developing business strategies to increase market share.

Networking at industry and community events to promote our products and services.

Resolving billing, quality, and service issues with a positive attitude.

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a bonus.

5+ years of sales experience.

General knowledge of ready‑mix concrete products and building materials.

Prior construction experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for organization and efficiency.

Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Highly motivated and competitive nature to drive success.

Salary $80,000 – $100,000 annually
