
Position Summary
This position is a member of the Nufactor® Specialty Pharmacy Team. The role of the Account Manager is to generate quality revenue in the form of qualified new patient starts.
Essential Functions and Duties
Promoting and selling Nufactor Specialty Pharmacy service offering to referring entities, primarily in the physician office setting.
Generate patient referrals for the purpose of generating positive revenues for any Nufactor product offerings, primarily immune globulin and infliximab therapies.
Conduct sales presentations and meetings in physician offices.
Develop and implement territory strategies in conjunction with the RVP of Sales and other team members.
Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and Nufactor to improve, expedite, and facilitate patient safety and quality of care.
Maintain an up-to-date territory workbook.
Effectively manage all internal and external communications.
Maintain and enhance existing business relationships while identifying and developing new opportunities for Nufactor® or FFF Enterprises, Inc.
Attend local, regional and national events and tradeshows as assigned.
Collaborate with the FFF Representative in territory as appropriate.
Gather and disseminate new industry intelligence to the team.
Continuously strive to improve processes and service quality to internal and external customers.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations and laws.
Display dedication to position responsibilities and achieve assigned goals and objectives.
Represent the Company in a professional manner and appearance at all times.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required Education:
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Required Knowledge:
Excellent understanding of chronic health challenges such as Primary Immune Deficiency, Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy, and all other disease states treated with immunoglobulin including hemophilia.
Preferred Knowledge:
Excellent understanding of chronic health challenges for conditions treated by Nufactor product offerings.
Required Experience:
Must have at least five years of experience in the healthcare industry, including management, sales, clinic services, or customer service.
Preferred Experience:
Three to five years in similar chronic disorders is preferred.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with proven ability to prioritize work.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team.
Sound decision‑making abilities.
Routine interaction with referring physicians, nurses, case managers, hospitals, discharge planners and manufacturer representatives.
Understanding of case manager/insurer/patient dynamics and ability to navigate complex referral situations.
Extremely customer‑focused with a can‑do approach to problem solving.
Ability to handle sensitive situations and information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and rearrange priorities as needed.
Exemplary judgment and professionalism at all times.
Physical Requirements Vision, hearing, speech, and movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Ability to view a computer screen for long periods and sit for extended periods. Ability to work the required hours and days to complete essential functions, as scheduled. Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 20 pounds. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Working conditions include a normal office setting.
