In-Store Sales Lead Generator

My company and I are looking for 2–3 sales‑minded individuals to join our team as In‑Store Lead Generators, working inside several national retail home improvement stores in the area.
This role is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys engaging with people, providing helpful information, and creating meaningful customer interactions.
What the Role Involves
Having conversations with customers about HVAC (heating and cooling) needs
Answering basic questions and providing clear, helpful information
Scheduling free in‑home consultations, upgrades, or maintenance appointments
Connecting with in‑store leadership and collaborating with their teams
Working across 2–3 store locations conveniently located near your home
This is not a sales‑closing role — it’s about building rapport, identifying needs, and helping customers take the next step.
Compensation
Hourly base pay + weekly commission
Commission is based on the leads you generate and how many result in completed appointments
No selling of products or services is required — commissions are tied only to qualified and completed appointments
