About the Role
DoRodo is seeking a high-performing, highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to lead growth in the Great Lakes Region. This full-time, remote, field-based position is focused on new business development across technical, engineered, and industrial markets. The ideal candidate will be a true hunter—strategic, proactive, and aggressive in prospecting while maintaining key relationships.
MUST LIVE IN TERRITORY Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and win new business with customers in aerospace, semiconductor, laboratory, and heavy manufacturing environments Actively prospect and close sales in targeted verticals: Aerospace tooling Cart fabrication Semiconductor manufacturing Develop relationships with engineers, buyers, EHS professionals, and operations leaders Utilize a consultative, technical sales approach to position the right caster/mobility solution Manage a limited portfolio of existing customers (light farming) while prioritizing new accounts Work independently in the field with 75–80% travel throughout the Great Lakes region Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and support teams to drive customer satisfaction Qualifications
3+ years of successful outside sales experience (technical or industrial preferred) Experience selling to or working in: Aerospace, Semiconductor, Tier 1 Manufacturing, Tooling, Ground Support Equipment, or Clean Room Environments Proficiency with CRM tools, quoting systems, and digital sales materials Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred) Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly Required Skills
A proven sales hunter with a strong background in B2B, technical, or engineered product sales Experience selling into one or more of the following: Aerospace, Tooling, Material handling, EHS/ergonomics, Conveyor systems, Manufacturing, Cart fabrication, Lab environments Demonstrated ability to generate leads, nurture a pipeline, and close deals Independent, disciplined, and motivated to grow a large territory with minimal hand-holding Comfortable working with engineers, specifiers, and procurement stakeholders Effective communicator—both written and verbal—with strong presentation skills Preferred Skills
