Description: You will be the Proposal Analyst Sr for the Launchers Portfolio team. Our team is responsible for driving business growth and success through effective proposal development and negotiation.

What You Will Be Doing As the Proposal Analyst Sr you will be responsible for shaping and delivering high‑impact proposals and business cases across the Launchers portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Lead complex and diverse proposal efforts from inception to award.

Develop rigorous business cases that support strategic objectives.

Collaborate with engineering, finance, and program teams to gather requirements.

Conduct price analysis and negotiate terms to maximize value.

Monitor proposal performance metrics and continuously improve processes.

Basic Qualifications:

Strong financial/analytical/technical skills

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Proficient user of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Aptitude for learning financial software and/or database systems

Desired Skills:

Prior experience as a proposal analyst leading major proposal efforts

Knowledge of FAR and Cost/Pricing Data Requirements

High attention to detail and ability to summarize large volume of complex data to influence executive decision making

Experience using proposal estimating or pricing systems

Experience with multiple proposal contract types

Ability to Work Remotely: Part‑time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
