The Customer Service Representative serves as a Sadoff Brand Ambassador by being the first contact many of our customers have with Sadoff. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for scheduling the shipping and receiving of loads in and out of our Wisconsin facilities by efficiently coordinating and scheduling Company CDL drivers and outside haulers to meet customer delivery and pickup requirements. This role will be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive team culture through driver leadership and supervision where you will lead, manage and support a team of CDL drivers, including coaching and performance feedback. This position requires a high level of internal and external customer service and facilitates timely, professional, and effective communication with our internal teams as well as our customers. Computer and data entry skills are required. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and organizational skills is a must. Supervisory experience is a plus. The successful candidate will have the ability to establish priorities, manage multiple tasks at once, and complete assignments in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Prolonged periods standing. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time. Ability to maintain single task focus and situational awareness.
