light industrial, manufacturing, and logistics
markets while representing a company built on Faith, Family, Friendships, Finances, and Fulfillment. What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle prospecting, pitching, closing, and onboarding new clients Build and execute a strategic territory plan focused on Fairburn and surrounding markets Conduct in-person client visits, attend networking events, and engage in community outreach Sell Diverse Staffing’s full suite of services: temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire Partner closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful fulfillment Participate in daily branch whiteboard meetings to stay aligned on priorities Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics in CRM systems Consistently hit weekly KPIs tied to gross profit, new accounts, client growth, and satisfaction What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience) 2+ years of B2B sales experience, in staffing or workforce solutions Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience selling into light industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environments Comfortable using CRM tools Ability to travel locally with a flexible, results-focused schedule Base salary up to $90,000.00, based on experience Uncapped bonuses + performance-based bonuses Clear career growth opportunities within a national organization A supportive, purpose-driven culture that values both performance and people How to Apply
