Position Overview The GoCanvas Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for driving adoption of GoCanvas mobile forms and workflow automation solutions. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads, and educating potential customers on the benefits of replacing paper-based processes with digital solutions. The BDR will collaborate closely with the GoCanvas Specialist for demos and onboarding.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in sales development or business development.
Familiarity with SaaS solutions and digital transformation concepts.
Strong cold calling and prospecting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong work ethic: team-oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results-driven.
Preferred: Experience with GoCanvas or similar mobile workflow platforms.
Preferred: Knowledge of AEC&O industry processes and pain points.
Essential Functions
Prospect and qualify leads for GoCanvas solutions across targeted industries.
Educate prospects on ROI of mobile data collection and workflow automation.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach (40–50 calls/day; 80–100 touchpoints).
Collaborate with GoCanvas Specialist for product demos and onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of GoCanvas-related opportunities in CRM (NetSuite).
Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Sales Engagement Platform, and GoCanvas License Portal.
Coordinate with marketing for GoCanvas campaigns and follow-up.
Stay informed on GoCanvas product updates and industry trends.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for outreach and pipeline development.
Other duties as assigned.
Duties and assignments are subject to change.
Physical Requirements
Requires prolonged period of sitting, with occasional standing.
Continuous use of computers and other office equipment.
The ability to travel may be required for key events.
Pay range for this position:
$50k-65k plus commission.
