This is an Account Executive role selling one of hackajob’s newest AI Agents: Archer. You will own deals end-to-end, with a strong emphasis on outbound. While you’ll receive support from SDRs and marketing, this role is for AEs who are comfortable creating their own pipeline, opening cold accounts, and turning sceptical prospects into champions. This is consultative SaaS sales into senior stakeholders across Talent, HR and Transformation. Deals are multi-threaded, outcome-led, and often involve replacing or disrupting existing recruitment models. Source, qualify and close new business opportunities with enterprise and scale-up customers Lead high-quality outbound efforts across cold calls, email, LinkedIn and personalised outreach Run structured discovery to uncover commercial pain, urgency and success metrics Position hackajob’s AI agent as a category shift, not a feature or tool Build strong champions and navigate complex buying groups, including procurement Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management Work closely with SDRs, Product and Marketing to continuously improve how we sell What we’re looking for

This role is not a fit if you rely primarily on inbound. You’ll be a strong fit if you: Have proven SaaS sales experience in a full-cycle AE role Have sold AI-native products or data-driven platforms (strongly preferred) Are confident building pipeline through high-intent outbound Can sell to senior stakeholders and challenge their assumptions Are comfortable with ambiguity and fast product evolution Care deeply about deal quality, not just volume Experience selling into Talent, HR, Engineering or Transformation teams is a bonus, not a requirement.
