Summary Description The Marketing Technology (MarTech) Specialist is responsible for the strategic selection, implementation, and management of marketing technology solutions to support and optimize the company's marketing and sales efforts. This role serves as the key connector between the marketing department's strategic goals and the technical platforms needed to achieve them. The ideal candidate is a proactive, data‑driven problem‑solver with a passion for using technology to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

Technology stack management:

Oversees the evaluation, selection, integration, and optimization of the company’s marketing technology platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, email, CMS, and analytics tools.

Campaign implementation:

Builds and deploys marketing campaigns within various MarTech tools, including email marketing, social media advertising, and automated lead nurturing programs.

Cross‑functional collaboration:

Acts as a liaison between marketing and IT teams to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful technology adoption.

Data analysis and reporting:

Monitors and analyzes key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) and provides actionable insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identifies opportunities for improvement.

Process and workflow optimization:

Designs and manages internal workflows and processes to streamline marketing operations and improve efficiency.

Data integrity and compliance:

Ensures data flows smoothly and accurately between different marketing systems and that all processes comply with data privacy and security regulations.

Training and enablement:

Trains and supports marketing staff on new and existing marketing technologies to ensure effective utilization and adoption of tools.

Vendor management:

Manages relationships with external technology vendors, including evaluating new solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring platform performance meets business needs.

Innovation and strategy:

Stays up-to-date with emerging marketing technologies, trends, and best practices to inform the strategic roadmap for the company’s MarTech capabilities.

Required Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Required Licenses and/or Certifications N/A

Required Experience 4+ years proven experience in a marketing technology, marketing operations, or a similar role. Experience with specific platforms like InterAction, Adobe Marketing Cloud, or Google Analytics may be required. Proficiency with marketing automation software, CRM systems, web analytics, and project management tools as well.

Preferred Experience Experience with basic front‑end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
