We're hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Customer Care Department in Lowell, AR. This full-time, in-office role plays a vital part in supporting daily operations in a fast-paced contact center environment. You'll interact with customers, technicians, dispatchers, and managers to schedule appointments, resolve concerns, and ensure daily scheduling runs smoothly.
