Associate Account Coordinator
An Associate Account Coordinator (AAC) is an entry-level position that supports the job functions and administration of an Account Executive (AE). This role will be your starting point for a dynamic and rewarding sales career at Orange Barrel Media. The Associate Account Coordinator often serves as a conduit for internal communications between departments and performs day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the sales team. AACs will acquire on-the-job training and skills that can lead to advancement. In addition to administrative responsibilities, you will shadow experienced Account Executives, coordinating and attending presentations and social functions with advertising agencies and brands throughout the U.S. Your responsibilities will also include: Inventory management Campaign support and tracking Proposal and contracting duties Ad hoc project management About you: Detail oriented Clear communicator Timely Good under pressure Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Skills preferred: Bachelors degree or equivalent Skilled writer Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite The salary range for this position is $55,000-$70,000 base, depending on experience and qualifications.
