Role Description
This is a full-time (entry level or experienced) Account Executive role- Gulfport location. The Account Executive will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a book-of-business, building relationships with clients & carriers, and promoting MLM Supply Chain Solutions. Duties
Proactively prospect through strategic research and cold call outreach to acquire new clients Analyze clients' transportation needs and propose freight solutions to meet their requirements Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty Negotiate competitive rates and contracts with clients and carriers to maximize profitability and service delivery Collaborate with our internal team and management to ensure customer satisfaction Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics consistently Qualifications
Results driven individual that exhibits strong sense of urgency with the ability to be proactive instead of reactive Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and objectives Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, both verbal and written Ability to thrive independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required Base salary with commission Paid Time Off Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance If you are ready to take your career to the next level as an Account Executive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!
