Agent Aspirant Account Manager WHAT YOU WILL DO As a State Farm Agent Team Member in this leadership role, you would be a vital resource to drive production, direct operations and provide exemplary customer service to a diverse customer base. Other responsibilities you will be evaluated on:
Grow the book: Develop leads, set appointments, conduct needs‑based conversations, and recommend Auto, Home, Life, and Health solutions.
Hit targets as a team: Execute daily activity plans, track pipeline, and partner with the Agent to meet marketing and sales goals.
Serve like a neighbor: Quote, bind, and service policies; handle follow‑ups, endorsements, and renewals with excellent communication. Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Retain Households: Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Develop leadership skills: Mentor teammates, help with recruiting, community events, and learn office P&L/agency operations to prepare for agency.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Licensing: Ability to obtain Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses before or shortly after start (we’ll guide you).
Sales DNA: Drive, persistence, coachability, and comfort with phone/face‑to‑face outreach.
Tech & detail: CRM proficiency, accurate documentation, and multi‑tasking in a fast‑moving office.
Community mindset: Integrity, empathy, and a desire to build relationships across DFW.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
SALARY & COMPENSATION
Monthly base salary + direct sales commissions + managed sales commissions + team bonuses
TRAINING YOU WILL RECEIVE
Product, compliance, and sales process training (needs‑based selling, quoting/binding, objection handling).
Marketing playbooks (lead gen, community events, networking) and office systems/metrics to run an agency.
A DAY IN THE LIFE Morning pipeline reviews → outbound calls/texts/emails → quotes & follow‑ups → fielding service requests → community drop‑by or networking hour → end‑of‑day KPI recap with the Agent.
