We’re seeking a
Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
to lead growth across the
Southeastern United States . This is a high-impact role for a motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional ready to take ownership of a region and accelerate their career.
Responsibilities
Lead sales and proposal efforts across water, wastewater, and reuse projects
Manage and grow national and regional client accounts
Develop new customer and representative relationships in municipal and industrial markets
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape conceptual solutions
Build and manage a strong pipeline with a focus on new business
Drive opportunities from lead to close, generating new revenue
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a related field, or equivalent industry experience
5+ years’ experience in
water treatment sales
Proven success selling into
municipal, residential development, or food & beverage markets
Strong consultative sales, communication, and negotiation skills
Highly organised, self-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally
Willingness to travel up to
60%
