
Bonds Account Manager
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bonds Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction and contract accounts, with a proven ability to handle a book of business and policies effectively. Reporting directly to the department head, the Bonds Account Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of the business.

Manage and service a portfolio of construction and contract accounts
Handle quoting for new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with the back‑office team to ensure efficient handling of non‑licensed administrative work
Maintain and update client records and documentation in the designated software system
Support the department head and team in achieving business objectives and targets
Qualifications / Requirements
Active P&C license (required)
Proven experience in managing bonds, construction, and contract accounts
Strong knowledge of quoting processes for new and renewal business
Proficiency in relevant software systems (specific software experience preferred)
