$19.00 per hour based on location and experience

Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (Up to 14 Hours Per Week)

About The Position:

As a Premium PC Sales Specialist, you will engage customers in a classy and stylish manner, showcasing the latest cool and trendy features of premium PCs. You will leverage training in artificial intelligence (AI) technology to bring AI and other dynamic technologies to life on PCs and enhance the customer experience. By building relationships with store associates and effectively communicating the value proposition of premium products, you drive revenue growth, increase unit sales, and contribute to the growth of the premium market segment.

Day-in-the-Life

Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories at a big box retail store

Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience

Maintain professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s)

Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation

Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness

Report and provide competitive insights

Qualifications

Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn

Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with a hands-on demonstration

Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs

Retail experience or customer service experience a plus

Training or product demonstration experience a plus

1-year job experience required

Job Description

Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments

Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees

Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis

Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance

Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs

Advise customers by providing information on products and services

Help customers make selections by building customer confidence

Accurately document and report sales Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations

Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable at all times

Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately

Performance Measurement

Regular and prompt attendance

Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals

Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints
