Regional Sales Manager for Outdoor Lighting

Your influence will reach across municipalities, universities, DOTs, and major commercial customers—impacting large‑scale spaces used by thousands every day.

You’ll be the go‑to expert for our sales teams and agents, guiding solutions that differentiate Genlyte from every competitor.

Identify new opportunities, open doors with key decision‑makers, and shape long‑term strategic direction.

More About You

Proven success in Outdoor lighting, infrastructure, or related solution‑selling

Strong ability to identify opportunities and drive growth in competitive markets.

Skilled communicator who builds trust with agents, distributors, and end users.

Ability to simplify complex technical solutions into clear customer value.

5+ years of experience related to Sales in the Lighting or adjacent industries with similar GTM models

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or direct work experience in lieu of a degree

Salary $120,000 - $176,000 Base Annually

Bonus Target 35% Sales Incentive bonus
