Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives Mackinnon Bruce are partnered with an industry leading, optical fiber & copper cable manufacture and enterprise solution provider who are looking to expand there commercial team in Germany, specifically the South West region. We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to take responsibility of current accounts whilst driving revenue through business development with a focus on selling the full product and solutions portfolio in Enterprise accounts including LAN and Data Center Applications Objectives

Drive sales and grow revenue for all assigned products to the Enterprise Network market focusing on maintaining current accounts and growing the territory though lead conversation in both LAN and datacenter applications. Use your market and industry knowledge to identify new opportunities, develop leads and offering tailored solutions from the company’s full product and support portfolio. Work closely with the global sales team and cross functionally within the business to deliver consistent results within the territory. Develop and maintain relationships with end users, distribution channels and installers throughout the territory. Review, develop and implement a plan for territory growth plan and continuously adjust sales techniques according customer needs and market insights Key Metrics

Meet and/or exceed set sales target for all assigned products through regular sales calls and customer engagement across a balanced mix of end users, consultants, distributors and contractors Maintain and update sales record and pipeline through the company’s CRM database. Establish and maintain sufficient product knowledge of full product portfolio and their applications to recognise opportunities for growth in the market or gaps in which new products can be developed Maintain positive Customer relationships across key functional areas Communicate key market information cross functionally and to relevant internal and external teams. Represent the company at selected regional trade shows and conventions within your territory promote the company’s solutions Required skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 2+ years of sales experience preferably in areas such as fiber optics, telecommunications, data centers or similar Strong technical, product and industry knowledge. Specific product training will be provided. Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills. The ability to work independently and drive to exceed set metrics Very good German and English language skills. High flexibility and willingness for 3 to 4 days of business travel per week.
