Twin Falls Subaru is growing — and this is the perfect time to join our award-winning team. We’re adding enthusiastic, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to our dealership as we expand into our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility opening this Spring.

If you are motivated, enjoy helping people, and want a long-term career with unlimited earning potential, this is the place for you. Prior automotive sales experience is not required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and all the tools to help you succeed.

Compensation & Benefits Earn $35,000 to $100,000+ annually through our competitive pay plan, bonuses, and commissions.

What You Will Do

Build strong customer relationships and deliver a memorable car-buying experience

Assist customers with vehicle selection based on needs, lifestyle, and budget

Learn and present vehicle features, benefits, and technology confidently

Conduct professional test drives and vehicle demonstrations (new and pre-owned)

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business

Work directly with F&I Managers to present financing options, leasing options, and warranty/vehicle protection programs

Collaborate with Sales Managers to achieve team and individual goals

Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Coachable, goal-driven, and eager to learn the automotive business

Professional appearance and conduct

Able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays (Closed on Sundays)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Prior automotive, retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
