Customer Support Representative

who is fluent in

German

to provide exceptional service via

voice and chat support . In this role, you will assist customers by addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Handle customer queries and concerns via voice calls and live chat in

German and English . Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Troubleshoot customer issues effectively and ensure timely resolution. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions. Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system. Meet performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies. Required Skills and Qualifications

Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and English

(both written and spoken). Previous experience in

customer service, call center, or a similar role

is preferred. Strong problem-solving and active listening skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and remain calm under stress. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in using CRM systems, chat tools, and other customer support software. Experience

1-3 years

of experience in customer support or a related field. Experience in voice and chat support is a plus. Familiarity with e-commerce, fintech, or SaaS industries is an advantage. Working Hours

Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business requirements. Availability to work in different time zones if needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
