Our client is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to support and grow their catering sales efforts. This role begins with a structured onboarding and training period, working closely with experienced sales leaders to learn proposal development, client engagement, and event coordination. Once fully trained, the Junior Sales Executive will manage client relationships, drive new business, and oversee events from initial inquiry through successful execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hospitality or event experience who enjoys client-facing work and wants to transition into a revenue-focused sales role. Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior sales team members with proposals, client communications, and event logistics during the onboarding phase Learn and apply the sales process to support new business development efforts Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business Manage catered events from contract through execution, ensuring a seamless client experience Coordinate internally with operations and culinary teams to deliver successful events Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and support future bookings Contribute to team initiatives and support overall sales growth Qualifications:
23 years of experience in catering, hospitality, events, or entry-level sales with direct client interaction Interest in developing a long-term career in catering or hospitality sales Experience managing events or client accounts from start to finish, including follow-up Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM or proposal software experience is a plus Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset Additional Details:
