Device covering Las Vegas, NV, where you'll play a key role in driving growth and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals across acute care facilities. What Will You Be Doing?

Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve sales goals using strong sales and territory management skills. Promote key brands such as Pico and Renasys by calling on acute care facilities. Educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith+Nephew products through your product expertise. Deliver impactful sales presentations to key customers and groups, including hosting product lunches and dinners. Build and maintain positive relationships with decision-makers and thought leaders to grow your business. What Will You Need To Be Successful?

Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of medical sales experience, preferably within the OR. Proven ability to present concepts and recommendations effectively in formal and informal settings. Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and territory analysis. Experience managing complex sales processes with multiple call points and decision-makers. Professional training program experience (e.g., Integrity Selling). Ability to travel up to 20%.
