Job Description: Director of Growth, Keller Williams Realty Consultants Location: Roswell, GA Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000

As part of the Keller Williams Leadership Team, you’ll lead with vision, build authentic relationships, and implement proven models and systems that drive productivity and foster a thriving culture.

What You’ll Do As the Director of Growth, you will play a pivotal role in growing the Market Center, developing talent, and driving agent success. You will work closely with the Team Leader to implement the vision of attracting, welcoming, and developing top‑performing agents.

Key Responsibilities Recruiting

Hold 40+ recruiting appointments per month, targeting growth of 10 agents per month, including newly licensed and active agents.

Evaluate candidate potential using KPA assessments and identify future top producers.

Host and facilitate Career Days.

Promote Profit Share Tree opportunities and generate referrals from new and existing agents.

Oversee new agent onboarding and support capper agent transitions.

Retention & Agent Support

Manage retention efforts by engaging and supporting agents throughout their career journey.

Conduct business consultations to drive performance and accountability.

Make weekly care calls and celebrate agent milestones.

Drive 36 Touch Internal initiatives to strengthen agent relationships.

Drive implementation of training sessions, agent meet & greets, and other Market Center events.

Administrative

Maintain and update recruiting packages, training reminders, and event communications.

Support vendor and alliance programs, including securing sponsorships for major events.

Ensure accurate tracking of agent activity and pipeline using KWCommand.

Assist the Team Leader with projects and act as a proxyleader when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Can you sell? We’re looking for a proven track record in real estate sales, leadership, or agent development.

Can you lead meetings? We’re looking for someone who communicates effectively with the ability to inspire & motivate others.

Are you organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and follow through?

Are you growth‑minded with a heart to serve others?

Do you have experience leading teams or mentoring agents?

Do you hold an active Georgia real estate license?
