This role is ideal for someone who values building trust, guiding homeowners through important decisions, and supporting customers from the first conversation through project completion.
As a C&T Sales Consultant you’ll work with qualified prospects and focus on what matters most: educating customers, designing the right siding and window solutions, and delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.
This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential, backed by ongoing training, proven systems, and a company committed to quality and growth. Demonstrates initiative and commitment to company growth and results to ensure long term success Present, promote and sell products/services using solid logic/reasoning to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers Maintain an organized approach to territory, with ongoing status knowledge of current customers Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments Communicate effectively to Sales Director/Management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for this position will have: A positive, enthusiastic, outgoing and dynamic personality A highly motivated target driven approach, with a proven successful track record in sales Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills The ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Desire to continuously improve and grow through ongoing learning, welcoming new ideas and feedback Experience with CRM programs BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience
