What you’ll do

Create and maintain a library of knowledgebase articles for technical support teams and non-technical end users. Translate complex technical concepts into concise, accessible language suited to the target audience. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, verify, and maintain accurate content. Ensure documentation is easy to navigate, searchable, and kept up-to-date with system changes. Design and deliver training programs for end users and technical staff on core applications, systems, and processes. Create training materials including presentations, videos, quick reference guides, and interactive content. Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure understanding and effective use of technology resources. Work with technical support and application teams to provide targeted training in response to recurring issues or new system implementations. Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials based on feedback and evolving business needs.

What’s required

Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, communications, instructional design, information technology, a related field, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in technical writing and delivering technical training in the financial services industry. Instructional design certification or formal training experience. Strong writing, editing, and content structuring skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience designing and delivering training to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to collaborate with SMEs, trainers, support engineers, and application owners. Familiarity with documentation platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint and training tools such LMS and e-learning platforms. Experience with ITIL service management principles or enterprise IT workflows. Knowledge of trading systems, market data platforms, or portfolio management tools. The annual base salary range for this role is $110,000-$180,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
