Work Setting: Hybrid. Relocation is available. Travel: Less than 10% travel to brand offices in the US and Europe.

Availability to work at the Client’s site in Doral, FL (required);
Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) experience (15+ years);
Experience as a Technical Product Manager/Business Analyst;
Experience with APIs;
Functional experience with Sabre Web Service APIs.
Experience in the travel industry, including leisure, corporate, and online travel practices.
Experience with all aspects of the travel reservation process.
Experience with Sabre products and technical skills: PNR, Air Shopping, Air Pricing, NDC, BFM, Ticketing, Schedule Changes, CSL, and SR360 graphical.
Experience with Sabre administration activities, including managing Sabre users, Sabre Red 360 Installations, and Sabre Profile Administration.
Experience in creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation;
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred
Cruise experience.
Experience with Sabre Qik software.
Responsibilities
Act as a Technical Product Owner (TPO) to support all Sabre interfaces including Guest Air Systems, Crew, Corporate, and Back Office Accounting.
Drive product strategy, own the roadmap, and gather requirements for travel application enhancements and upgrades.
Design new features and incorporate business and Sabre technical requirements into developer-level user stories using Agile methodology (Jira, Sprints).
Perform functional and end-to-end testing and validation prior to software releases.
Serve as the conduit between developers and business groups.
Provide first-tier support for GDS and serve as a backup for Sabre Administration, including managing over 400 global Sabre users.
Write requirements and talk to brands about future enhancements.
Create executive reporting on roadmaps.
This role is approximately 75% Product Manager and 25% Administration.
