Job Responsibilities: Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes Support the maintenance of a safe & clean and professional learning environment Serve as the point person in case the Center Director is unavailable Assist with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Passion for math and working with students Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Eagerness to learn and be trained Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I Willingness to develop leadership abilities Proficiency in computer skills Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture Additional Benefits: The pay range is $17~$19 per hour with at least 20~30 hours weekly Opportunities for growth Employee Discount Program Incentive Plan Referral Bonus Program Extensive On-the-job training All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
