Account Servicing Specialist (Admin)
The Account Servicing Specialist (Admin) will be responsible for performing tasks which support the Loan Servicing division. Essential Responsibilities: Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence. Accurately document accounts with any pertinent information and/or updates. Prepare and submit payment deferment and due date change correspondence. Initiate repossession efforts on designated accounts. Communicate with repossession agents to provide new information and obtain updates on assignments. Responsible for following up on the impound notifications. Prepare and submit the impound documents for invoicing. Other duties as assigned. Essential Requirements: 1+ year(s) of experience in the finance industry, preferably in the subprime consumer or auto lending industry. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read, interpret and apply federal, state, and local collections regulations. Ability to interact with customers in a professional, tactful, and sensitive manner. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and to work independently and as part of a team. Available to work a flexible work schedule and overtime as needed. High School Diploma or GED. Salary:
