24 Seven is partnering with a top global sportswear client to help them find a Studio Director for this onsite position in the Portland, OR area. This is a fulltime 4 month contract with potential to extend working 4 days a week onsite. While on contract, you’ll be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more.
The ideal candidate brings 8–10+ years of leadership experience in consumer packaging or related creative disciplines, strong creative operations experience and a collaborative leadership style, balancing delivery needs with team development and operational excellence.
What You’ll Work On:
- Maintain high-level visibility into project status, risks, and studio health, partnering with managers to resolve issues and elevate as needed
- Establish and manage project review and delivery rhythms in partnership with creative operations and cross-functional teams
- Develop and execute departmental plans aligned to business and organizational priorities
- Oversee resource planning to meet financial and operational goals
- Support cross-category and enterprise initiatives through packaging strategy and execution
- Influence alignment to brand standards and design direction across internal partners
- Lead and support internal teams and external partners throughout the packaging creation process
- Partner cross-functionally on vendor capabilities, quality standards, and production readiness
- Drive innovation in packaging solutions while balancing brand, cost, and supply chain considerations
- Enable more efficient creation and approval processes to improve speed to market
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 8–10+ years of leadership experience in consumer packaging or related creative disciplines
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage partners, and guide work from concept through execution
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and complex projects in fast-paced environments
