Key Responsibilities

The Tax Director will:

• Lead, develop, and coach the tax team for future growth.
• Oversee company-wide tax compliance and ensure adherence to standards.
• Present financial statements and tax compliance reports.
• Research and apply the latest tax laws to maintain compliance.
• Manage ASC 740 income tax accounting requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in tax, including at least 2 years at the corporate level.
• Property & Casualty insurance experience is need
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing people.
• Deep knowledge reporting and compliance.

Salary: $220,000 to $240,000
