Key Responsibilities for Director of FP&A:

  • Lead FP&A support across all manufacturing operations, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and decision support
  • Build robust reporting and dashboards that capture financial and operational data from all global locations
  • Partner with Operations and Sales to design, model, and deploy cost control and margin improvement initiatives
  • Provide clear insights into manufacturing cost structures, plant performance, and operational drivers
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, participating in cross-functional meetings and presenting recommendations backed by data
  • Collaborate closely with site leaders to understand operational processes and identify areas for efficiency and profitability improvements
Qualifications for Director of FP&A:
  • 7–12+ years of progressive FP&A or cost-focused finance experience, ideally within manufacturing
  • Proven ability to partner with Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership to drive performance improvement
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills; comfort managing data from multiple entities and ERP systems
