Responsibilities
Regular travel primarily throughout the Midwest (minimum 50% travel M-Th) Additional travel throughout North America/Mexico as necessary to support company efforts as well as customer needs. Grow our overall business through new customer projects and diversification of our current business portfolio (networking & lead generation). Manage and grow existing accounts and use your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new business. Ability to work independently with both company personnel as well as clients. Ability to manage complex customer / supplier relationships. Minimum Requirements
5+ years outside sales representative / sales account manager experience. Demonstrated record of sales growth / customer development. Experience in metals, and/or manufacturing preferred. Valid driver's license and excellent driving record. Familiar with Microsoft Suite (strong with Excel) Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation skills Experience working for a precision machinery company preferred. Benefits
