The mission of Greater Cincinnati BOMA is to be recognized as a principal voice through leadership advocacy and education for the commercial real estate industry. The Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC) is a 501(c)(3), tax-exempt, private, non-profit corporation. The organization’s mission and strategic focus is to strengthen the core assets of downtown by revitalizing and connecting the Central Business District and Over-the-Rhine (OTR). 3CDC works in close collaboration with the Cincinnati corporate community and City of Cincinnati to carry out its mission. With an annual operating budget of $26 million, the organization has a team of approximately 170 full-time staff and 180 part-time staff engaged in real estate development, real estate management, civic space management and programming and business district management. - To date, 3CDC has played a direct role in over $2 billion in development projects in downtown Cincinnati and the adjacent neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine. In completing over 100 development projects, 3CDC has reimagined key civic spaces, added market-rate and affordable housing to the urban core and created density through mixed-use residential and office projects that support local small businesses. - 3CDC leases and manages over 660,000 square feet of commercial space and over 5,100 parking spaces with annual operating revenues exceeding $32 million. Civic Space Management and Programming
- 3CDC manages and programs six civic spaces – Fountain Square, Washington Park, Ziegler Park, Memorial Hall, Court Street Plaza and Imagination Alley. 3CDC hosts nearly 1,600 free family-friendly events each year at these spaces. Business District Management
– The organization manages two special improvement districts – the Downtown Cincinnati Improvement District and Over-the-Rhine South Special Improvement District – providing clean and safe services, homeless outreach, beautification efforts and marketing support to both districts. Responsibilities
Job Summary: The Commercial Leasing Manager supports the EVP in overseeing the organization\u2019s commercial leasing portfolio. This role manages day-to-day leasing operations, coordinates the team\u2019s workflow, and leads negotiations on assigned deals. The Manager helps execute leasing strategies, ensures compliance with organizational policies, and collaborates across departments to support asset performance and civic space activation. Tasks: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support the EVP in developing and executing annual leasing strategies to optimize occupancy, tenant mix, and revenue across the commercial portfolio. Monitor market conditions, competitive activity, and emerging trends to inform leasing strategy and deal structures. Oversee the leasing pipeline, ensuring timely movement of prospects through discovery, underwriting, LOI, and lease execution stages. Prepare and present leasing updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Tenant Recruitment & Relationship Management
Spearhead proactive recruitment of retail, office, and restaurant tenants, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-up by the leasing team. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants, brokers, and community partners. Conduct needs assessments, evaluating business concepts, and matching prospects with appropriate spaces.
Negotiations & Deal Execution
In coordination with EVP, lead negotiations for complex or high-impact deals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and risk tolerance. Collaborate with the Finance team to underwrite competitive and financially sound deal terms. Oversee the drafting, review, and execution of LOIs, leases, and amendments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. Coordinate signing sessions and ensure all documentation is completed and archived appropriately.
Tenant Buildout & Marketing Collaboration
Partner with the Commercial Buildout Team during early phases of tenant buildout to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and tenant expectations. Work with the Communications/Marketing team to implement creative marketing campaigns and maintain accurate online listings for all available spaces. Collaborate with Property Management to ensure the appearance and readiness of available commercial spaces.
Data, Reporting & Systems Management
Lead the maintenance of accurate prospect data and activity tracking within the CRM system. Review and distribute leasing activity reports, pipeline summaries, and performance metrics. Ensure data integrity and use reporting insights to drive decision-making.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related degree program is preferred. Real estate sales/leasing experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in client focused processes and client relationships, prospecting skills, and negotiation/closing skills. Demonstrated ability to execute sales/leasing strategies. Applicant should require minimal oversight, have high problem solving skills, be organized, hardworking, and pay close attention to details. Real estate sales/leasing experience (duplicate noted in Skills). Have familiarity with leasing documents and the ability to draft lease documents such as Letters of Intent (LOI’s), and other correspondence in an efficient, professional, and timely manner. Extensive knowledge using Microsoft Office. Must be able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality. Skills or specialized knowledge
Real estate sales/leasing experience. Have familiarity with leasing documents and the ability to draft lease documents such as Letters of Intent (LOI’s), and other correspondence in an efficient, professional, and timely manner. Extensive knowledge using Microsoft Office. Must be able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality. Physical and Mental Demands
Frequently required to sit at a desk/workstation for long periods of time. Ability to work at a computer terminal for an extended period.
