This role supports the Customer Strategy Manager (CSM) in the creation, delivery, maintenance and performance reporting of email, SMS and Direct Mail marketing campaigns across the Staysure Group.
The focus is on driving customer engagement, revenue growth, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and long-term brand loyalty through targeted, multi-channel lifecycle campaigns. Working collaboratively across teams, the role helps optimise campaign performance by developing and tracking key customer lifecycle and engagement metrics across acquisition, in-life and retention stages.
It also acts as a bridge between marketing strategy, brand, creative and content teams to ensure CRM and marketing campaigns are compelling, consistent and effective. In partnership with the CSM, the role contributes to the development of email, DM and SMS strategies aligned to business goals, including content planning, audience segmentation and customer journey mapping.
Essential Skills
Previous experience in a marketing role
A good understanding of CRM platforms and their functionality
Real world experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferable
Passionate about customer experience and digital transformation in a data lead environment
A working knowledge of HTML, CSS and AMPscript
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, whilst managing multiple tasks and priorities
Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting customer data and metrics
