Brand Communications Coordinator In-Office:

Position Overview As the Brand Communications Coordinator, you’ll be a key contributor to the Brand Communications team, supporting initiatives across CELSIUS®, Alani Nu, and Rockstar Energy. This is your opportunity to help shape and execute brand communication campaigns that drive consumer engagement, cultural relevance, and positive media exposure. You’ll bring creativity, organization, and a passion for storytelling across fitness, lifestyle, and culture while collaborating with marketing teams to deliver impactful and consistent messaging.
Requirements
Experience:
1–3 years in communications, PR, or marketing (agency or brand experience preferred)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with PR workflows including media list building, press tracking, and influencer database tools
Knowledge of brand messaging, event support, and media relations
Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Support the creation and execution of PR campaigns for product launches, partnerships, and global events
Collaborate with talent teams to activate interview and media opportunities with consistent messaging
Coordinate interviews and ensure brand alignment across talent and media touchpoints
Manage media product seeding logistics, inventory tracking, and follow-up
Maintain and update media contact databases across brands
Distribute approved assets to media outlets in real time or post event
Serve as day-to-day liaison for PR agency partners
Track and compile media coverage, recaps, and deliverables
Assist in preparing presentations for internal stakeholders
Support department operations, including invoice processing and package shipping
Monitor trends to support timely and relevant communications strategies
Attend meetings and contribute to team organization and planning
Adapt and evolve responsibilities in alignment with business growth

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company.
