Allied Universal® is hiring an Intelligence Analyst. The Intelligence Analyst must demonstrate an ability to communicate both written and orally at a professional level and must demonstrate an ability to proactively make decisions, multi-task, and operate under tight time constraints. The Intelligence Analyst position requires a broad geopolitical awareness, working knowledge of global events, and experience with global geography/cultures. The individual must work closely with team members and the wider business to understand information requirements. Prior Human Resources or Security experience handling similar background screening functions - Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements regarding potential disqualification of applicants. - Understanding of background screening notification and dispute resolution requirements under local law.

Location: Alpharetta, GA 300005

Pay: $30.00 / Per Hour

Employment Type: Full-Time

Workdays Available: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

Using multiple open-source intelligence sites, monitor global events and use critical thinking to identify whether action is needed to protect customer assets

Utilize the crisis communication process to quickly inform/respond to events that may impact customer assets, and continually monitor these situations to provide updates to the appropriate leadership

Conduct research, assessment, and analysis to produce in-depth reports to support a variety of customer operations and help mitigate natural and man‑made threats against customer assets worldwide

Maintain client confidentiality and protect operations by keeping Corporate Security and Human Resources information confidential, and ensuring that client information is handled, transmitted and stored in accordance with Firm policy

Administer follow‑ups on Request for Information (RFI) to facilitate verifications, escalation of Education/Employment adverse results, or any other applicable adverse findings

Peer review work products, evaluating relevance, grammar, spelling, and overall content

Construct routine security briefs/reports on a wide variety of topics

Identify and report on existing and emerging security threats where the client conducts business

Monitor incidents of civil unrest, natural hazards, geopolitics, and crime

Generate professional and easy to interpret reports based on collected data

Maintain awareness/knowledge of the current international climate, specifically where it affects our customer

Provide key insight to stakeholders

Be the analytical focal point for the company’s security intelligence gathering processes

Take initiative to innovate new products and reports to address vulnerabilities and threats as well as streamline processes

Support the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and the rest of Security Services as needed

Display exceptional customer service and communication skills

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

2-5 years experience

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office

Ability to work in an environment where there is an expectation for constant learning

Effective oral and written communication skills

Active listening skills

Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately

Acute attention to detail and evaluative thinking skills

College degree in Intelligence
